At the moment we can offer the most economic freight alternative it is called "Post paket" which means parcel to post office. You will receive your parcel at the fastest delivery time as possible, to the most economic price as possible, delivered to your nearest post office. You will get a dispatch note in your mail box it is notification from your post office that your parcel arrived. This delivery alternative is automatically chosen when you make your order.

We cooperate with the Swedish Post office and you can find more information about them at . We will always send your package by post, as certified package and with insurance. Insurants cost is included in delivery cost. Some times items can occasionally become lost during transit. With insured shipping your package is assigned a tracking number which will allow you to track the location of your package trough the Postal Tracking Service on If it is lost or stolen during delivery we can quickly file a claim on your behalf at the post office to receive reimbursement for the lost package and immediately resend your order. has always and will always follow Consumer Policies rules regarding distance shopping. Inside EU the delivery prices include Swedish VAT of 25%. A registered company with a VAT number will not be charged Swedish VAT, but for this the company has to contact us at before ordering.

Countries outside EU like Norway is not charged Swedish VAT, but for this the company has to contact us at before ordering. The customer has to pay it according to the law of the country when clearing the duty. The customer might be charged duty, and it is the customer’s responsibility to check the duty laws of his/her country. If duty is charged, the cost will stay on the customer. If the order is rejected or not able to be brought in to the customer’s country all costs will stay on the customer.

At the moment we only offer purchase by pre-payment to our Bank account for our online orders, because we do not have any collaboration agreement with any post offices out side Sweden. Please Note!! To our customers who do not reside in Sweden have to pay the standard Swedish fixed postage rat of 155 SEK, it appears automatically on your invoice when you order. Goods will be sent to you as son as the money is registered on AB Zity’s bank account.

All shipments are insured during transit. Make sure when you receive the package that no product are missing or damaged. If you discover that the carton/package has been damaged during transportation/is damaged at delivery time or product is missing. Please report it immediately to the post office/delivery company that you got the package from. You must immediately fill out a damage form and write a complete report of possible disservices. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible (no later than 24 hours after receiving the product) in case you need assistance in the procedure with claiming that a product is faulty or damaged.

If we have the product in stock it will be sent within 24 hours after we have received confirmation on the full payment. Normal delivery time is 5-10 days. The engagement- and eternity rings delivery time are 10-25 working days after order reserving from you. If we don’t have the item/items in stock we will contact the customer with a notice that the delivery is delayed by email. During vacations and Holydays the delivery time will be a bit longer, because of our supplier are short handed or are closed for a few weeks.

All our products come in original packaging or with an original box, instruction manual, serial number and international warranty filled out properly, which allows you to have service/repairs made in a local store. All products is delivered to you in either a velvet pouch or a gift box, the products that do not have one original box will be wrapped and delivered in a bubbly plastic pouch. Some products will be sent directly from our subcontractor, in this case we will notify you this by e-mail.

All the prices include Swedish VAT of 25%. The prices may change for example due to changed VAT or other taxes, exchange rate, changed pricing, changed freight costs, big differences in currency situations or due to cost prices.

Delivery within Sweden is-free on all orders over 995 SEK per normal post. A small order handling charge and delivery cost of 155 SEK will be added to orders with a value less than 995 SEK. This fee will be automatically added to your basket.
